Delta skrēperis

The Delta Scraper is JOZ's most durable scraper. The Delta Scraper is available in two versions; a standard delta scraper or HDX delta scraper, which was specially designed for stables with more demanding conditions.

Delta scraper (standard)

The Delta scraper is equipped with a special straw spoiler, which directs the straw and manure to the center of the scraper so that the manure does not reach the place where the animals are, and the scraper pulls evenly and easily. This means that cows do not have to walk on manure when crossing the scraper.

When the delta scraper is in reverse, the hands are folded together so that the minimum amount of straw and manure is drawn back. When the scraper is folded, it can be driven away, which is useful when the vehicle is being sprinkled with straw in the stable. The deltoid scraper does not bother the cows as it bounces back when folded. The guide profile holds the scraper in the center of the floor.

Depending on the roughness of the floor, the scraper requires about 1.5 times the width of the manure alley. JOZ offers standard delta scrapers with quick opening, which means that the delta scraper is opened mechanically and less space is needed before scraping to scrape the entire width of the manure alley. Delta scraper is also an ideal solution for barn alleys, which vary in width. The scraper effortlessly adapts to the different widths of the manure alley, leaving no manure behind.

HDX Delta Scraper

Manure scrapers wear faster in barns with sand litter in the cabin stables, so JOZ developed a new manure scraper specifically for this situation: the HDX delta scraper. It is the most wear-resistant delta scraper we have ever sold.
